1. Payment and Shipping:

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. We are not shipping outside of the US at the moment. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Processing orders take 1-5 business days to process before they're shipped.Wholesale orders take 7-14 business days to process before being shipped.

Gloss by Dee is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after they say delivered. If a package is delivered and you have not received it. You will have to contact your local Postal Service Office. 

2. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

Returns: Items must be returned in their natural state. Items cannot be tampered with. Include the RECEIPT within 7 days. If these steps are not followed, it will be denied. Refunds will be put back on whichever payment method was chosen at checkout. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

You may request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase. After that time frame you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
